David Braden, Director of Development
David Braden joined RMN in 2011 as the Director of Development and oversees RMN’s fundraising activities. Before joining RMN, he served as the Manager of Foundation Relations at the Interfaith Youth Core. David received his M.A. in Social Work from the School of Social Service Administration at The University of Chicago and B.A. in International Studies from DePaul University. A lifelong United Methodist, David is a member of Holy Covenant UMC in Chicago and serves as a director for the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry and as chair of its Committee on Racial and Ethnic Concerns.

Meg Carey, Business ManagerMeg Carey, Business Manager
Meg has been with Reconciling Ministries Network since 1999 and has served as the Business Manager since 2002. In that capacity, she is responsible for accounts payable, database oversight, human resources, and general office tasks.

Dave Goss, Communications & Technology CoordinatorDave Goss, Communications & Technology Coordinator
Dave Goss, the newest member of the RMN family, is a writer, editor, artist, friend, husband, father, and wrangler of unruly animals. He holds a Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University, and for the past ten years he has lived and worked in the city of Chicago, writing sales and marketing materials for one of the largest greeting card companies in the world, editing books, and writing back cover copy for use in publication. Dave is a self-proclaimed master chef, and if you let him he might cook you dinner. An avid outdoorsman, he has canoed almost every river in the state of Michigan. He plays four or five musical instruments, none of them very well, and while in reality he is probably just an annoying dad, he also fancies himself a photographer. Dave is a member of Berry UMC in Chicago, a bleeding-heart liberal, and a strong ally to the LGBT community.

Rachel Harvey, Associate Executive Director
Rachel is a United Methodist Deaconess appointed to serve as the Associate Executive Director. Prior to joining RMN in August 2009, Rachel worked for 2 years as a mission specialist with The Advance at the General Board of Global Ministries. As a mission specialist she focused on youth and young adults and created the B1 campaign. From 2004 -2006 Rachel was as a US-2 missionary serving as the director of CoffeeLoft.org, a Reconciling campus ministry at The University of South Dakota. Rachel has also worked with Response, a magazine of the United Methodist Women and The Church of St. Paul and St. Andrew, United Methodist (SPSA) in New York City.

Ted Jackson, Administrative Assistant
Ted joined the RMN team full-time in July 2011. In the position of Administrative Assistant, he handles donation processing, accounts receivable, reception, new member packets, scheduling, and other general office tasks.  Ted holds a PhD in Germanic Languages and Literatures from Washington University in St. Louis.

Audrey Krumbach, National Organizer
Audrey Krumbach, M.Div., is the National Organizer.  Audrey focuses on young adult leadership Development and the five-year Called to Witness Campaign.   In 2008, Audrey graduated from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois.  During her time in seminary, Audrey served a full year as an Intern at Reconciling Ministries Network organizing for MoSAIC, RMN’s young adult extension ministry.   Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Audrey loves traveling and visiting the wonderful churches and people of the Reconciling movement!

Troy Plummer, Executive Director
Troy has served as the Executive Director of the Reconciling Ministries Network since November 2003. Prior to RMN, Troy served for 13 years on the pastoral staff of Bering Memorial United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. As a psychotherapist, he directed Bering’s on-site counseling center and support network for those affected by HIV/AIDS their families and friends. Just outside Bering’s sanctuary, he performed a “street wedding” for a lesbian couple celebrating 25 years together and facilitated Bering’s equal treatment of all couples policy.
